Event Overview
The Embassy of Japan is pleased to present the exhibition βDiscovering Japanese Food Culture through Food Replicas.β
Presented in collaboration with Iwasaki Co., Ltd. , one of Japan's leading food replica manufacturers, this exhibition introduces the fascinating world of highly realistic Japanese food replicas and explores Japanese cuisine and food culture through these detailed displays.
Visitors will also be able to read a special message from Massi (Massimiliano), an Italian essayist living in Japan, on why Japanese food replicas continue to fascinate people around the world.
In addition, simple Japanese recipes created by the Ambassador's chef will be displayed, providing an opportunity to learn more about Japanese food.
