On July 20, on the occasion of receiving the news of the passing of the Honourable Sir Toke Tufukia Talagi, Former Premier and Minister of External Affairs of Niue, Prime Minister ABE Shinzo, and Foreign Minister MOTEGI Toshimitsu extended their messages of condolences to the Honourable Dalton Emani Makamau Tagelagi, Premier and Minister of External Affairs of Niue, given the passing of the Honourable Sir Toke Talagi on July 15.
