Four new videos on Japan's foreign policy published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Japan

(1) Japan's Efforts toward Connecting and Prospering the World for Free and Open Indo-Pacific

Japan provides support for stability and prosperity of the international community, improving connectivity between Asia and Africa by realizing a free and open Indo-Pacific region.

(2) Japan as a Place to Expand Opportunities for Chinese Highly Skilled Professionals

2018 celebrates the 40th anniversary of the Japan-China Treaty of Peace and Friendship. Japan continues to develop supportive work and study environments for foreigners.

(3) For a Sustainable Future - Japan’s Science and Technology Becoming a Bridge across the World

Japan contributes to the realization of the United Nation’s sustainable development goals (SDGs) proposed for the betterment of the world.

(4) Promoting the active role of women in the fields of science

In 2017, Japan hosts the World Assembly for Women (WAW!) to discuss challenges that women face globally whilst promoting women in science, technology, engineering and maths.
